We seek alliances with music news and information content providers. Our stores receive over a million impressions a month, and will soon be accessible from our online superstore where we will offer content as well.

We are located just outside of Charlottesville, Virginia. The warehouse, call center, and web support staff operate from a 10-acre campus where we can ensure that all services are coordinated and under the direct supervision of the artist's account representative. Our experience has shown us that top-quality customer services and fulfillment can only occur when each component of the customer order -- the order receipt, fulfillment, shipment and customer service -- are performed in one location. This way customer questions are guaranteed to receive the prompt answers necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
